Are you a passionate gamer and excited about building esports communities?

Community Gaming is looking for a freelance production technician who is passionate about gaming culture. This is a paid, part-time position with an expected 20 hours per month of work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for physically producing our Twitch live streams, utilizing open-source software such as OBS for streaming, live switching cameras and audio, and ensuring smooth and flow between all scenes.
  • Responsible for managing lower thirds and graphic elements in OBS on the back end.
  • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting stream quality during live production.
  • Assisting on-air talent and team members with all things production-related.


  • Experience in video broadcasting and/or live-streaming, particularly with gaming events
  • Experience with at least one of the following games: Super Smash Bros Ultimate, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, CS: GO.
  • Work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
