We are seeking an eSports Sales Representative to join our team! This is an exciting time for education as they take a leap into high end gaming. This individual will be helping us build our eSports sales program into Higher Education and K-12.
- Creates and executes the eSports / Gaming sales growth plan
- Strong understanding of eSports, services and programs
- Work closely with our partners to understand the latest products and promotions
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Educate schools on the benefits of eSports, occasionally put on gaming tournaments
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Work with marketing team to create sales material to present to customers
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
