  • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and consumer demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for Razer in LATAM region with a positive ROI.
  • Create a localized Demand Generation Plan depending on country’s needs.
  • Generate Brand Storytelling.
  • Plan and Execute Product Launches and Campaigns.
  • Evaluate and suggest retail channel strategy, providing Trade Marketing and Retail trainings.
  • Develop and execute a Retail display annual plan.
  • Increase activity in point of sales to maximize conversion rate working closely with sales team to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage PR and advertising agency as well as promoters agency.
  • Work with global team to get resources and replicate “Best Practices” of US planning and execution.
  • Gather, identify, and prioritize functional and product requirements from core gamers into internal feedback loop to support product feature requests and ideas.
  • Hire and Manage a local Esports team to meet deliverables.
  • Increase engagement across Social Media platforms create social media digital campaign.
  • Travel required up to 15% of the time, domestic and international.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from competitive college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, or equivalent.
  • Must have verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Must have impeccable communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and well know of the Latin America Gaming culture.
  • Experience managing marketing budget and local agencies.
  • Working with brick-and-mortar partners and Digital channels.
  • Extensive familiarity with the Latin America Market.
  • Experience in product launches and events.
  • Familiar with online marketing campaigns.
  • Gaming industry experience highly preferred.
